The eight remaining developer-owned units at
600 N. Fairbanks, located between Ohio and Ontario streets, are now available at discounts ranging from $49,000 to $85,000, according to a report today on
YoChicago. Reduced prices range from roughly $840,000 for a 2BR/2BA unit to $1.2 million for a 2BR/2.5BA unit.
